If your body is asking for rest, your mind is struggling to switch off and you don't feel like yourself, reflexology helps bring balance.

Whether you just would like some 'me time' or to help work on health symptoms, reflexology can give your mind & body the support it needs.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an holistic therapy.

Reflexology uses the principle that the body is mapped out on your hands and feet, and by using techniques on points of the feet and hands called reflexes, it can help promote a sense of well-being.

Who Is Reflexology For?

Reflexology is for everyone, any age and gender.

There are a few medical conditions where a reflexology treatment cant be given.  If there is any concern, we would talk this through before the appointment and by completing medical question on the day of your appointment.

Does Reflexology Hurt?

Reflexology is very relaxing but there may be times that some areas/or reflexes feel sore or are tender. This may be due to an area of the body that is out of balance.  If this is the case a lighter pressure can be given or even no pressure at all.

Reflexology should be an enjoyable experience that makes you feel relaxed.

How often should I have reflexology?

Healing and regulation of the nervous system takes time.

Twice weekly - during short periods of acute flare-ups, late pregnancy, or as mini treatmeants through cancer treatments or palliative care.

Weekly - when your mind and body is in chronic stress, sleeplessness, tension or in the midst of an extreme change.

Every 3-4 weeks - for quality consistent maintenance, calm and ongoing wellbeing.

Every few months - as maintenance and as an enjoyable relaxing session.
