Treatments
All treatments are completed at Barley Blue Holistics treatment room at my home in Eastwood, Nottingham.
Treatments are completed in a comfortable recliner chair, with your feet or hands supported on a pillow.
In each reflexology session I use hot towels to warm, relax and wipe the feet or hands at the beginning and the end of the treatment. I use relaxing balms or creams to help manoeuvre over the feet or hands.
The treatment room is a relaxing environment and a place to enjoy a treatment in a worry free space.

Reflexology can provide support in this exciting but sometime challenging time. Reflexology can help women or men during this special time by supporting hormones balance, helping regulate the nervous system, providing tension release and improving sleep.
Cancer Illness & Palliative
For clients going through cancer illness, this can be pre-treatment, during treatment and post-treatment or terminal illness.
Reflexology can help you relax, release tension and improve sleep.
This specialism uses different techniques such as linking techniques, creative Imagery, energy field reflexology and working the feet or hands simultaneously.
The reflexology treatment takes around 50-55 minutes but if a client is going through cancer treatment or is extremely fatigued the reflexology session is reduced to 20 minutes. The time is shortened as to not over load the body and help the mind body rest while going through treatment.
