I am Kate Francis an experienced clinically trained reflexologist. Based in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire.
I am trained in Clinical Reflexology through completing the Mastership Level 5 Reflexology Practitioners Diploma and Level 4 Anatomy and Physiology with Jubilee college in Nottingham.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an holistic therapy.
Reflexology uses the principle that the body is mapped out on your hands and feet, and by using techniques on points of the feet and hands called reflexes, it can help promote a sense of well-being.
Who Is Reflexology For?
Reflexology is for everyone, any age and gender.
There are a few medical conditions where a reflexology treatment cant be given. If there is any concern, we would talk this through before the appointment and by completing medical question on the day of your appointment.
Does Reflexology Hurt?
Reflexology is very relaxing but there may be times that some areas/or reflexes feel sore or are tender. This may be due to an area of the body that is out of balance. If this is the case a lighter pressure can be given or even no pressure at all.
Reflexology should be an overall enjoyable experience that makes you feel relaxed.
Can Reflexology Help Me?
Reflexology is an holistic approach to mind and body health.
As a a level 5 qualified reflexology practitioner I aim to provide symptom support.
