Learning reflexology techniques to aid, comfort and soothe for common conditions that effect our little ones.
Our little ones are so important but you as their parent are too! Each week you will also get a bit of TLC with some guided self soothe hand reflexology.
Baby reflexology can used anywhere and anytime. We will be going through how to add reflexology to your baby's routines and having a little bit of fun by adding it to some nursery rhymes.
